Les étoiles s’évaporent (The Stars Evaporate), shedding an irreducible energy, a phosphorescent glow, and an immediate perception. The sound material put into motion here follows the same trajectory : as this analog evaporation progresses, the signal fades and ultimately brushes imperceptibility, while gradually dissolving into a resonant universe, almost autonomous from the initial instrumental gesture. This disintegration is accompanied by a slowing of the musical flow, like a pulsar whose energy loss inevitably leads to a decrease in its angular velocity. Les étoiles s’évaporent disappear into the infinity of the sky and allow the emergence of still unknown worlds.
