In-quarto is an evocation of the world of printing and how a work is obtained by successive foldings of sheets of paper. In the same way, the instrumental ensemble will here produce a unique and singular object that will be a folding of itself, with the idea of reproduction and repercussion. Moreover, the work explores the duality that can arise between the mechanical aspect of the press and the content it subsequently delivers. The real question is that of the porosity between a poetic material and the mechanical appearance of its means of realization.
